Jeremy may have left this earth, but he will always be remembered for his kind heart and love for his close friends whom he considered as Family.
He is preceded in death by his Mother,Father, Grandfather and several Aunts.
Survivors: His four children: Sage, Caleb, Jeremy Jr, and Emma; Brother James Hodges and wife; Sister Nichole Hodges; Grandmother Delorace Sadler; Uncle Clay Sadler and wife; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Rest now Jeremy you are with your "Brothers" Big Mike, Woody and Cantwell.
