Jerry always brightened your day and put a smile on your face. I always looked forward to dropping by his work area knowing he would be there - and missed his smiling face when he wasn't. Even when the topic was serious, he always found a way to bring levity to the situation or conversation. He will be sorely missed! Although I won't be able to make the visitation or funeral, I wish his family and friends condolences and peace. -- Rest in peace and jubilation Jerry! :)

Dean my bother and friend! I just don’t know how we can go on without you! Life will not be the same! Christmas and birthdays and Friday nights will not be fun anymore! My heart is empty and my mind can’t wrap itself around the fact that you are in heaven with Kenny and your mom! I know that reunion was incredible! I promise that will live my life more like you! You showed us all how to be happy! Thank you for all your love and for loving my girls like they were yours! I love you so much! I miss you sweet text messages and happy smiles and most of all your hugs! I will think of you everyday and I will think of you for watermelon margarita and we can’t ever forget Hawaii! Such memories! Such moments! Great conversations.... and making fun of Alan! You my friend my brother I will miss forever! Save me a spot by you, Dean, so we can giggle! 🧡 until I see you.... kisses and cheers

To My Brother
I never did tell you all the things I felt,
like how much I really did love you.
I wish we could go back and start over again.
I don't want to be alone. I need my brother,
I need my best friend.

When you think of me
while you're up in heaven,
Think of how much you meant to me.

It's sad that you left
without saying goodbye,
But just remember we all love you
as you began to fly.

You did so much for me,
as I didn't do much for you.
I hope you will forgive me,
for all the things I didn't do.

You were my brother
and my best friend.
I will always love you
no matter how long its been,
since your life came to an end.

Heaven has called upon you today,
leaving so many words left to say.
You was there when I needed a place to stay,
just like you would be there for me night or day.

Now it's time for me to say Good-Bye,
until we meet again in heaven to fly.
*~ I LOVE YOU DEAN ~*

Jerry is a sweetheart, even now, he probably has all of Heaven smiling!
He had a kind heart and a gentle loving spirit and a God given attitude & personality.
I will sure miss seeing him and hearing his voice.
He sure did liven things up here at work. Whatever you were doing, when he came around,
you just had to stop and laugh or smile big!!! he could make your heart happy, with just a friendly word.

This will be one smile we will all miss! Jerry always made you smile whenever you saw him. He always had that big ole grin every time he greeted anyone. I'll always remember as a child vising my grandmother, which lived next door to Jerry, how nice he was to me as well as to my grandmother. That smile is imprinted in my memory forever!

I worked very closely with Jerry at K mart for many years. He was just a gentle giant and had the biggest heart of any human I know. I will never forget his smile and laugh. You were having a bad day Jerry made sure he cheered you up. Will sure miss him
