John Lacy Gollihar, 87, of Fort Worth Texas passed away on November, 7, 2017. Service: 3 pm, Saturday November 11, 2017 at The Laurel Land Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 6 pm to 8 pm Friday November 10th at Laurel Land. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park. He was born in Blum Texas on Feb. 11, 1930 and graduated from Blum High School. He was married to his wife of 64 years, Thelma B. Gollihar on Feb. 9, 1952. John served in the Army and had a long career as a Civil Servant for the Federal Government, serving as an Inspector at Carswell Air Force base in Fort Worth Texas. He was survived by his son John Lacy Gollihar Jr, and his two granddaughters Gabrielle Nicole Gollihar and Cora Jean Gollihar.
