Funeral: Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick Cathedral, 1206 Throckmorton St., Fort Worth.
Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Laurel Land Memorial Chapel, with recitation of the holy rosary at 7 p.m.
Joseph was born Feb. 9, 2000 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was a 9th grader at Brewer High School and was loved by all of his friends and family.
One of his beloved hobbies was hunting. He also loved running and being outdoors.
Survivors: Mother, Susan Nichols; father, Joe Lopez; stepdad, Rusty; sisters, Brieanna, Marissa, Madison and Madelyn; grandparents, Lidia Nichols, Paul and Elva Lopez; nephews, Anthony and Ian; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
