Joe was born Nov. 24, 1951, in Pennsylvania to Billy and Anne Wiseman. He was a graduate of L.D. Bell High School, Class of 1970. Joe later earned an associate's degree from TCJC. He worked for Boeing/BAE for 29 years. He enjoyed photography, windsurfing, bowling, music, baseball, Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers and let's not forget video games. Joe was a devoted father to his son and two stepdaughters. He enjoyed the joy and happiness in life that his grandchildren brought to him. Joe will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him.
Survivors: Parents; two brothers; one son; two stepdaughters; one granddaughter; one grandson; and many other family members and friends.
