Service: A memorial service will be held Monday, 1:30 pm at the Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park.
Joyce was a life long resident of Fort Worth. She attended Polytechnic High School, and the University of Texas at Arlington. She was a member of the Salvation Army and the Women's Club of Fort Worth where she was involved in community service work.
Survivors: She is survived by her daughter Amy Gallegos and her son Gary Park.
