Juanita Joyce Burdette

Ms.Juanita Joyce Burdette was born on April 12th, 1960 in Junction City, Kansas to her loving Parents Roy Jr, and Laverne Booker Burdette.

Growing up in Fort Worth, Texas, Juanita attended and graduated from Oscar Dean Wyatt High School in 1978.

Juanita retired from The State of Texas Human Resources in 2020. Juanita was also a loyal member at Great Commission Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Douglas E. Brown until her failing health.

Juanita was a devoted and loving mother to her only son Jeremy M. Brown and a loving grandmother to Dilynn, and Journey and great grandmother to Baby C.J.

On Wednesday October 18th, 2023 Our Heavenly Father called her home in God's Kingdom. Juanita joins her Father Roy Burdette, Jr, her 3 siblings Phyllis, Kenneth and Vernon Burdette. Grand Parents Roy Burdette, Sr, Thelma and (Charles) Kenney, James and (Inez) Myart.

Those left with fond memories; her son Jeremy M. Brown, mother Laverne Burdette; granddaughters, Dilynn Eaglin, Journey Brown; great grandson, Baby C J; aunt/sister, Dolores Davis (Anthony); nieces, Angela Ned, Laverne Burdette, Margaret Boone (Trenton), Crystal Sanders and a host of other loving family members and friends.
