

Judy was born on June 16, 1941 to Wann and Mary Wilks. She graduated from Hart High School and then enlisted in the Army where she received two Letters of Appreciation and a Certificate of Achievement. After her discharge from the Army, Judy obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State.
She married Charles Miller in 1970. They were blessed three years later with their wonderful daughter Kelly. Judy was a devoted wife and mother. She loved nothing more than being the best mother she could, creating a mother-daughter bond that remained strong until her final days.
Judy’s passion for her family was evident when she returned to California and helped her sister Jane, care for their mother. She cherished her life in California as it allowed her to be a close part of her extended family. Being an aunt to nieces and nephews Shellie (husband Tony), Jamie, and Robb (wife Theresa) and their children and grandchildren.
Judy was a social, active woman who had many passions throughout her life. She organized events and made care kits for the homeless through the church. She volunteered her time building an enclosure for a rescued American Bald Eagle. Judy loved celebrating the holidays, especially Christmas. She loved traveling and visited Jamaica, London, Pennsylvania, Florida, Oklahoma among many other places. Judy was a remarkable woman who left her mark on many people and places. She will be greatly missed.
Judy is survived by he daughter Kelly and son-in-law William, and grand-daughters Ava and Leah Agosto from Azle, Texas.
