Judy Deann Morris

Judy Brewer-Morris was born December 22, 1954, in Fort Worth, Texas. The eldest daughter of the late Roy Brewer, Jr. and Tassie Ann Brewer, Judy accepted Christ at an early age at Pleasant Mount Gilead Missionary Baptist Church, establishing a foundation of faith that guided her throughout her life. A proud member of the Como Class of 1973, she graduated from Western Hills High School where she formed lifelong friendships and memories. After high school, Judy married Audrey Ballard. The couple welcomed their only child, Christopher Audrey Ballard. Judy worked for Stationers Office Supply for fifteen years and was a Bank of America customer service representative until she retired in 2015.

Above all else, Judy’s world revolved around her family. Of all the titles she held, her favorite by far was “Grandmother.” She treasured every second spent with her grandchildren, Christian, Eva, and Audrey, creating memories that will be held close for generations to come.

Judy is reunited in rest with her father, Roy Brewer, Jr.; her mother, Tassie Ann Brewer; her sisters, Marilyn Brewer Wright and Carolyn Brewer; and her grandmother, Nettie Rhodes. She leaves behind to honor her memory her devoted son, Chris Ballard, and his wife, Krystle; her beloved grandchildren, Christian, Eva, and Audrey; her sister, Vanessa Brewer Hill; and a large, loving family of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Graveside Service will be held at Laurel Land Memorial Park - FW, 7100 Crowley Rd. Fort Worth, TX 76134, on September 30, 2026, at 10:00 am.
