BURLESON -- Julian Ray Jarrell, 87, passed away Monday, Aug. 15, 2016, in Conroe. Julian was born Feb. 6, 1929, in Knight, La., to Johnnie and Laura Jarrell. He married Dorraine Louise Yelvington on Feb. 6, 1960. He was retired from the Federal Government Civilian. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Crowley. Julian was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Dorraine. Survivors: He is survived by his sister, Lloy Jarrell of Tyler; many nieces and nephews.
