

He attended Pine Valley School in Dayton, New York, and was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Keller, Texas.
Junius proudly served his country as a Staff Sergeant in the Korean War from 1952 to 1954. He enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, playing cards, bowling, and golfing.
On June 29, 1957, he married Margaret Kohn and together they shared 69 years. They owned and operated Twi-Lite Lanes in Randolph, New York, until retiring to Indian Lake Estates, Florida.
Junius is survived by his wife Margaret Stoddard; children Lionel (Laura) Stoddard from Gold Canyon Az and Lauren (Timothy, deceased) McKeon from Southlake TX; grandchildren, Kevin (Bridget) McKeon from Flower Mound TX, Nicholas McKeon from Southlake TX, and Katherine Stoddard from Stanwood WA; brother Wendland Stoddard from Yuma AZ; and many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Riley and Dora Stoddard; brothers Kenneth, Ward; and sisters Marie (Harold) Grover, Elvira (Earl) Warden, Elma (Leroy) Burnside, Vera, and Lenora.
Junius will be remembered for his strong spirit, love of family, adventurous nature, and the many wonderful memories he created throughout his life. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
