She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Johnson, one sister and five brothers.
Left to cherish Katherine's memory are her sons, Sammy C. Johnson and wife, Norah; Johnny L. Johnson and wife, Mariann; grandchildren, Dianne L Hayes, Matthew C. Johnson, Paige M. Johnson, Krystal L. Johnson; great grandchildren, Alexis Villaseñor, Cheyann Hayes, and Nathan Johnson; sister, Martha Stroud; brother, Dean McKin and numerous nieces and nephews.
Katherine will be laid to rest at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery on Monday, April 6, 2020 after a private family gathering.
