

King Wesley Fagan was born to the parentage of Irene Cooper and Wilborn Fagan on April 7, 1937 in Marion County, Texas. He attended Macedonia High School in Jefferson, Texas.
King professed his faith in Christ and was baptized at an early age. He united with New Hope Baptist Church in Harleton, Texas where he remained throughout his youth. He was an active member of the church until he relocated to Fort Worth, Texas. He joined East St. Paul Baptist Church and after several years of serving the Lord there, he united with Everman Church of Christ and continued serving the Lord as a Deacon.
King worked and retired from General Dynamics after 39 years of service. King found pleasure in fishing, camping, and traveling.
King met and married the love of his life, Doris Ann Jefferson. They remained happily married for 65 years and to this blessed union, their only son, Freddie King Fagan, was born.
King was preceded in death by his son, both parents, one sister, Maude Ethel, brothers, James Alfred and Roosevelt, and stepbrother, James Irving.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories wife, Doris Ann Fagan; grandsons, Devon Fagan, Jaden Fagan, and Winston Fagan; great-granddaughter, Nyla Fagan; special niece, Carolyn (Sanford) Coverson; two sisters, Rushie Randle and Mary Griggs; stepbrother, Ray Irving; stepsister, Claudia (Charles) Turner and Birdie; two sister-in laws, Mildred Johnson and Bobbie Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, loving relatives, and friends.
