Memorial service: 3 p.m. Sunday, March 10, at King of Glory Lutheran Church, where he was a member.
Joe was born July 28, 1934, in Santa Anna to Joe Gordon Clark and Dorothy Broadley Clark. He was active in the volunteer fire department and served as fire marshal. He attended Tarleton State College and later worked as an electrician.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Vera, and two brothers, Jerry Clark and Robert Clark.
Survivors: Children, Jeff Clark and partner, Olivia Salters, of Long Beach, Calif., and Janet Nowell and husband, Timothy Nowell, of Watauga; the mother of his children, Vickie Cornwall; grandsons, Collin Nowell and Owen Nowell; sister, Mary Lou Early; and brother, Ray Clark.
