Laine Minnick Russell, 36, of Fort Worth, TX, passed away from a courageous battle with cancer. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, aunt, and friend. Laine was born on November 23, 1983 in Fort Worth, TX to her parents, Royce and Linda Minnick. She was a graduate of Western Hills High School. Laine had a vibrant personality and shared her eclectic music tastes during many infamous family road trips headed down 281 Southbound. She had a voracious affinity for novels and a mutual admiration of the Harry Potter series, which she and her daughter read together. The memories that we share will be forever in our hearts.
Laine is survived by her husband, Jeffery Russell; daughter, Skylar Russell; parents, Royce and Linda Minnick; and a host of loving family members and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
Visitation will be held from 6 pm to 8 pm Wednesday, September 9th at Laurel Land Funeral Home, Fort Worth. Face coverings will be required. The Graveside Service will be held at 1 pm Thursday, September 10th in Laurel Land Memorial Park, Fort Worth with Pastor Nathan Tucker officiating.
