Leroy Wilson was born April 4, 1935 to parents Rentia Wilson and Lemuel Wilson in Hubbard Texas. The family moved to Fort Worth where he attended and graduated from I.M. Terrell High School. He was employed by Safeway Inc. where he moved up the ranks to manager. He retired after 30+ years of service. He departed this life Monday December 16, 2019 at home. He was preceded in death by his parents Rentia and Lemuel Wilson, brothers Leo, Francis, Charles, and Monroe Wilson, wife of 60 years Pauline Wilson, and daughter Jeanette Wilson Barron. Those left to cherish memories of him are daughter Michelle Smith, (Henry) of Abilene Texas, daughter Laquitha Thomas, and son Michael Wilson. Grandchildren LaManiya, Trenna, Angel, Damon, Keturah, Tabitha, Mikayla, and Zahira and many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
