

Lillian Christeen Clark, 83, a devoted wife, loving mother and beloved grandmother and great grandmother, went to be with her Lord and Savior, surrounded by her loving family Friday, March 23, 2018.
Memorial service: 2:00 p.m. April 14, 2018 at Hallmark Baptist Chapel 4201 W. Risinger Rd., Fort Worth, 76123.
Lillian was born on Christmas day 1934 in San Angelo. She was the daughter of Nannie Dubose Barnes and Earl Burt Barnes. She grew up with humble beginnings. Lillian was a strong, courageous, and most importantly: Godly woman that made her mark in our hearts. Mrs. Clark attended Lake View High School and San Angelo College and TCJC after raising her children. She was married July 23, 1954 to Airman 2/C. James Talmadge Clark-Keokee, VA was stationed at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo at the time. The Clarks were married 61 years and lived in San Angelo, Dayton, OH, Alamogordo, NM, Iran, and Fort Worth. Lillian loved the Lord and joined Hallmark Baptist Church in 1972 when they moved to Fort Worth. She was an active member in her church until her death. She loved to sing in the choir. The love for family and her generosity surpassed anything one could possibly hope for! She loved to grow flowers to take to her friends. Lillian Christeen Clark was blessed with a very adventurous life, taking her to all parts of the world.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Carl Barnes and Earl Barnes, and the love of her life, JT.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hallmark Baptist Church in support of missionaries Ken and Carrie Liles in Lebanon.
Lillian is survived by children, Stephen (Pam), James (Celeste), Janet (Luis); grandchildren, Crystal Meehan, Joshua (Lindsay)Sholon LaBar, Jacob (Paige), Tiffanie (Greg) Montgomery; great grandchildren, Mayda, Emma, Jazmine, Aidan, Olivia, Sophia, Amira, Jace, Lilly, her name sake; sisters, Gracie Whitlock, Bertie Mason, and Floy Porter.
