During the Korean War, she proudly served in the Waves, the women’s division of the U.S. Navy. Following her service, she worked for the Department of Defense. She had the opportunity to travel the world and visit many exciting places. She was a huge fan of the Arts.
Lillian was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Lazelle Borton; brothers, Bryant Flores and Norris Flores. She is survived by her sister, Pat Shaddox and her husband Charlie; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, friends, and the “Cousins by the Dozens”.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 13, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with service to follow at 1:00 at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park.
