Lois Elaine Talent passed in the early hours of October 24, 2018. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 9am to 10am at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel. A Remembrance Service will follow at 10 a.m. A reception will be held prior to departure at 12:15pm for Interment at Cross Cut Cemetery, South east of Cross Plains Texas at 3:00 p.m. Lois was born to Berna and Gloria Garms in Fort Worth, Texas on December 6, 1952. Lois was the youngest of four children, she is preceded in death by both parents Gloria and Berna Garms ,brother Berna Garms, sister Linda Clark and survived by sister Cheryl Garrett. Lois met and later married the love of her life, Clarence, with whom she celebrated 50 years of marriage. Lois was a devoted fun-loving mother, wife, and grandmother, that always gave from her time and heart. Lois enjoyed spending time outdoors at their land, visiting with her family and friends and had a special place in her heart for all animals. A beloved wife, caring mother and grandmother leaves an indelible mark of love in the hearts of her family and friends. Lois is survived by her husband of 50 years, Clarence Talent; sons Eddie Talent and Stephen Talent; grandchildren; Maddison Talent, Jackson Talent, and Amelia Talent; sister Cheryl Garrett, and several nephews and nieces.
