Margie was born in Fort Worth, Texas on February 24, 1922, to Walter and Roxie Lowe. One of nine children.
She is preceded in death by her husband, A.J. Fletcher, in 1992, and George Maxwell in 2014.
She is survived by her son, Michael Fletcher, and wife Zee; sisters, Janie Gerbaz of Sugarland, TX and Delores Hand, of Arlington; many nieces and nephews, each of whom she loved very much.
We want to give special thanks to everyone at Autumn Leaves of Arlington Memory Care, where Margie received the most loving care these last few years. Jackie, Michelle, Tex, and David, we will never forget you.
Memorial: In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Alzheimer's Association.
Graveside service: 1 PM Friday at Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 7:30 PM Thursday at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel.
