Ms. Mary Lee Jenkins

On a Blessed morning in Longview, Texas was born a beautiful baby girl, to Mr. & Mrs. John Hearne and they named her Mary Lee; she was the third child of the couple. She received her education in Longview schools. Later in life, she met a handsome man by the name of Frank Jenkins and after a brief courtship they exchanged wedding vows on February 20, 1941, and to this union was born four children, Frankie Mae, Alma Jean, Dorothy Lee and Frank, Jr. Mary worked on various jobs; she was their rain snow to help support her family. She was hired as head cook at A.M. Pate Elementary School in Fort Worth, Texas, until she retired. She was a very faithful and dedicated servant of God all of her life, where she attended True Holiness Pentecostal Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Jenkins; two daughters, Frankie Garrett, Alma Ward.

Those left to cherish her memory, are her children, Dorothy Conley, frank Jenkins, Jr. (Lisa); grandkids, Othell Brown, Quillon Brown, Nickolas Brown, Pamela Jeffies, Frank, Jr. II, Erick Jenkins and 13 great grandkids and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
