Funeral Mass: 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 29, at St. Rita Catholic Church. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel.

Mary Anne was born May 13, 1962, in Chicago, Ill. She graduated from Nolan High School in Fort Worth in 1980. Her last 10 years were in the communications department at John Peter Smith Hospital. Everyone she met there, knew her sweet, charming voice and charming manner.

Her journey with breast cancer began in 2004, and continued for six long years. Her strength, courage and love of people helped her along the way. She was a very special young lady to all who knew her.

Survivors: Her loving parents, Ken and Marilyn Kerwin; her devoted brother, Michael; her very special Aunt Sue; her dear poodle, Maggie; and many more aunts, uncles, cousins and dear, dear friends who were with her all these years of pain.
