As very young children, Mary Ann and I played in the mud when she visited her grandparents' store in Cash. As a teenager, I recall her working at Kresse's, and I knew her uncles quite well, even helping Otis on his mail route a time or two. It is especially sad to hear of the passing of a childhood friend. Lovely lady.
