Mercedes Espinoza

A Visitation will be held at Laurel Land – Rose Hill Funeral Home, 7301 East Lancaster Ave, Fort Worth, Texas 76112, on Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Calvary Bible Church with the Pastor Rod May, officiating.

Mercedes was born in San Angelo, Texas to Anastasia and Julian Morales on March 27, 1959. She went to school in Fort Worth. She graduated from Trimble Tech High School and attended Technical School for Medical Assistant. She worked in various fields such as accounting, food service, and administrative work. She was involved in Church, was a master crochet and knitter, enjoyed reading and learning about everything. She was a kind and genuine person who made friends with everyone. Her greatest joy was spending time with her Family and Friends.

Mercedes is preceded in death by her sisters Amalia Placencia & Idolina Torres and her Father Julian Morales.

Mercedes is survived by her Children Amorita Ortuno (Kindle Burley), Nora Espinoza (Antwoine Norwood), Miki Espinoza (Ashley Thompson), Natalia Ortuno (Isaias Varela), grandchildren C-Zar Ortuno, LeleAnah Juarez, Leslie Juarez, Izreal Juarez, and Emmanuel Juarez; her Mother Anastasia Morales, Sisters- Esmeralda Gonzales, Elsa Morales, Edelia Sanchez, and many more nephews and nieces.
