Michael loved to travel, root for the Cowboys and Rangers, and all kinds of Dance. He made a career at the General Motors Plant in Arlington, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 25 years, Jane Gallegos; four brothers; and two sisters. He is survived by daughters Madelyn Harmon and her husband Gregory, and Sandra Wicklund and her husband Bob; Son Michael S. Gallegos; grandchildren, Kate Gallegos, Greg Gallegos, Michael Gallegos, Shelly Winkler and her husband Chris, Nikki Corken and her husband Pete, Kelly Quinn and her husband Matthew, Steven Wicklund and his wife Jessica, and Eric Wicklund and his wife Courtney; 19 great-grandchildren; and many other living family members and friends.
The family will hold a private remembrance.
