Mildred Wynn

Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Oak Ridge Church of Christ in Willow Park. Graveside service: Saturday, March 7, at Resthaven Funeral Home and Cemetery in Lubbock.

She was born in Estelline on Nov. 11, 1923. Mildred graduated from Foreman High School as a National Honor Society member and salutatorian of her class. She married Ralph W. Wynn on Aug. 17, 1947. Mildred worked as a volunteer for the Lubbock Food Bank through the Quaker Avenue Church of Christ, and had a passion for God, her family and sewing.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph W. Wynn; and siblings, Zama Shipman and Herman Mason.

Survivors: Her children, Ronnie Wynn and his wife, Pat, Sharla Fore and husband, George, and Jimmy Wynn and wife, Tammy; grandchildren, Laura Fore, Josh Fore, Chris Wynn, Lindsey Wynn, Mike Wynn and Alisa Wynn; eight great-grandchildren; and siblings, Bobby Mason and Tim Mason.
