Terry loved his family and he had a special love for his nephews and nieces an his Carter Park friends. He was a 1975 Graduate of Waxahachie High School. Surviving Family; father, Odell Allen; brothers, Elder Billy R. Scroggins, Sr. and wife Angeline, Roger Dell Allen; sisters, Stella Washington, Phyllis Elaine Horton, Debra Scroggins, Della Reese Smith husband JL and Lunitta Allen; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and dear friends.
