Graveside service: 11 a.m. Monday in Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation: The family will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Myrtle was born in Avery County, N.C. She had been a resident of Hurst for 34 years. She was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister.

Survivors: Myrtle is survived by her husband of 38 years, Dart W. Williams; her daughter, Donna Camp and her husband, J.W. "Bruce" Camp, of Graford; stepdaughters, Mercelene Quick of Petersburg, Va., and Debbie Stollins of Hopewell, Va.; granddaughter, Melanie Place and her husband, Brandon, of Keller; stepgrandson, Wesley McCullen of Petersburg, Va.; great-grandchildren, MacKenzie, Landon and Cason Place; sister, Betty Lowe of Charlotte, N.C.; brother, Oran Houston and his wife, Shirley, of Frederick, Md.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
