Service: 11 a.m. Wednesday in Laurel Land Chapel of Chimes. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Laurel Land.
Nelda was a retired postal worker after 28 years of service. She loved cooking and gardening. She especially enjoyed family gatherings.
Nelda was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, T.C. Larson, a former Fort Worth police officer.
Survivors: Daughters, Brenda Taylor (Allan) and Cindy Walker (Rodger); three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; six granddogs; two grandcats; sister, Juanita Franklin; brothers, Rodney Summers and Royce Summers (LaRue); many other relatives and friends.
