You may visit Neomi from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with the family present from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Burial: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Neomi was preceded in death by her son Anthony Cleavland. Survivors: children, Chancy Cleveland, Billie Cleveland (Benita) and Kathy Cleveland-Cook (Kwame); brother, Alvin Cleveland (Lenora); six grandchildren; a host of family and friends.
