Nguyen Thi Nhu was born in Dai Loc, Quangnam, Vietnam on January 1, 1941. She attended high school and then at the age of twenty got married in Vietnam. She has 4 daughters, 3 sons, 7 granddaughters, 5 grandsons and 1 great granddaughter. On May 25, 1990, she moved to Fort Worth, Texas to live, and found a job at the Gaylord Texan. She passed away on January 20, 2013, in Fort Worth.
