

Service: 3 p.m. Thursday in Laurel Land Memorial Chapel.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Pallbearers: Ryan Edward Shada, Bill and Will Robinson, Bobby Sharp, Nathan Headden, Mark Ray, Michael Smallwood, Darren Henley and Greg Nichols.
Nina was born to Roy and Mary Lou Ray on Dec. 17, 1928, in Ravenna. She graduated from Bonham High School and Brantley Draughon Business College. During World War II, she worked in a munitions factory in Sherman. Later she worked as a bookkeeper at Texas Steel and Hayes & Stoltz Electrical.
Nina married Edward W. Hajek on May 1, 1954. They started and built Services Unlimited, a utility contracting company that continues today under the direction of their grandson Ryan Shada. At her passing she served as president of the company. Nina loved her family and lived each day with a passionate drive for life.
Nina was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years.
Survivors: Included among the many family and friends who love, cherish, and miss her deeply are her daughters, Carla Robinson and husband, Bill, Lori Stonecipher and husband, Charles, and Krystal "Kiki" Sharp and husband, Bobby; grandchildren, Ryan Shada and wife, Amy, Amelia Headden and husband, Nathan, and William Robinson; and eight wonderful great-grandchildren.
