Noelia is survived by her children Diana Santiago (Neftal Cosme), Orlando Santiago (Zenaida Santiago), and Wanda Navedo (Victor Navedo); her grandchildren Bryan, Zury, Diarael, Johan, Abdiel, Omar, Nanny, Alec, Joandy, Leli, Keniel, Alessio, Elianna, and Noah; and a host of great grandchildren.
