Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Friday, June 15, at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 5415 Matlock Road, the Rev. Dwight McKessic officiating. Interment: 9:15 a.m. Monday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: Noon to 8 p.m. Thursday, with the family present 7 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
Survivors: His children, Vanette Wesley (Robert), Norman E. Howard Jr., Neystal Howard-Jones (Ray); brothers, Samuel, S.L., Fred and Jerry Howard; sisters, Virginia Franklin, Gloria Angton, Faye Littlejohn; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
