Norman Michael Paske passed away Saturday, June 21, 2025 at the age of 86. Norman was born August 29, 1938, in Buffalo, NY and was the first-born child of William “Bill” Francis Paske and Elsie Helen (Geryak) Paske. He graduated from Kensington High School in Buffalo in 1956. He attended Erie County Technical Institute in Buffalo, NY from 1956-1958.
Norm joined the United States Air Force in March of 1961. In 1964, he graduated from Oklahoma State University where he met his future bride, Patricia Ann Dodson.
Norman and Patricia raised three sons, Terrill Ray, Monte Max and Marc William while he continued to serve in the USAF through 1976 during which time they resided in New York, Utah, Mississippi, Nebraska and Oklahoma. Norman continued as a civilian employee at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma until his retirement.
After retirement, Norm and Patricia moved to Mansfield, Texas to be closer to their youngest son, Marc, and their grandson, Bryan, whom he had a special bond with. Loving to spend time in the sun, Norman spent much time with Bryan during the hot Texas summers at Hurricane Harbor.
Norman enjoyed swimming and snow skiing. Norm and Patricia also enjoyed traveling throughout the United States. And, he was also a huge sports fan, most times, rooting for the teams of Buffalo!
He survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Patricia. Sons – Terrill Paske of McAlester, OK; Monte Paske of Mansfield, TX and Marc (Deanna) Paske of McKinney, TX. Sister – Noreen Sturges of Fredericksburg, TX and brother – Alan Paske of North Myrtle Beach, SC. Norman is also survived by numerous extended family members who will miss him dearly.
Services will be…Visitation: Friday June 27, 2025 6pm-8pm ( Main Building) , Funeral Service : Saturday June 28,2025 10am , Laurel Land Funeral Home @ The Chapel of Chimes 7100 Crowley Road, Fort Worth ,TX 76134 , Burial to follow service.
