

Olga Bernadette King, lovingly known as “Peaches”, was born on September 17,1966 in Newark, NJ to the parents of Emory and Mary King. She was the youngest child of five children. Olga attended All Saints Catholic school in Newark, NJ and later moved to Fort Worth, TX, with her family, where she completed her education at O.D Wyatt High School.
She pursued her Medical Billing and Coding studies and earned her Nursing Assistant certification in Okmulgee, OK.
Olga married Darryl Burley, with whom she shared over 30 years of love and partnership with while raising six children.
Her faith in the Lord was the foundation of her life. Olga loved God with her whole heart, and her relationship with Him was evident in the way she lived and loved others. She faced life with strength and grace, trusting God through every season.
Olga was known for her beautiful singing voice, her joyful spirit, and her deep passion to serve others- her home was always open to help anyone in need. She was truly one of a kind- an undeniable presence who brought laughter, warmth, and light wherever she went.
She had a gift for making people feel seen, welcomed, and loved. Whether through her
humor, her honesty, or her bold personality, she left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered.
Olga is preceded in death by her father, Emory King; her mother, Mary Ruth King; and daughter Darionne Cherelle Burley and the twins.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who loved deeply and unapologetically.
Though she is no longer with us physically, Olga’s spirit, laughter, and love will live on forever. Her legacy is carried on by her family, who will forever cherish her memories.
Olga is survived by her husband Darryl Burley; sister-in-law Karen Burley; brother-in-law Keith Burley (Hana); her children Edrick King, Allison Mbambi (Dale), Sydney Ellis, Chanlyn Burley, and Leland Burley; 11 grandchildren; her sisters Deborrah Carter, Emery King,
Yvonne Cummings (Carl); and her brother Andre King. She also leaves behind her nieces, nephews, cousins, her best friend Territha Phillips (David), and countless friends and loved
ones that will miss her dearly.
