Pat's life was shaped by her 64 year marriage to her beloved husband, Wayne, her two daughters and her abiding faith. She and Wayne were partners in life, sharing a love of travel, spending many summers in Yellowstone and building a lifetime of cherished memories.
Pat drew strength from her faith, beginning and ending each day with a prayer. An active member of the Church of Holy Apostles, she rarely missed a service and regularly attended weekly Bible studies. Her church community and opportunities to serve were important parts of her life, and when she was no longer able to attend, she deeply missed being there.
Pat was a hardworking, independent woman who valued both family and hard work. As a partner to Wayne and the owner of her own real estate company, she demonstrated that commitment throughout her life. She also showed her love and devotion to Wayne by caring for him for ten years following his stroke, a responsibility that called for great strength and dedication.
Pat's life reflected her love for her family, her commitment to her faith, and her determination to work hard and care for those closest to her.
Pat is survived by her two daughters, Kim Hendon and Tammi Hollingsworth (Craig); grandsons Casey Roberson and Owen Hollingsworth; granddaughter Rachel Rodriguez (Erik). She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and all who shared in her life.
A Requiem Mass will be celebrated by Father Joel E. Hampton on Saturday, October 24th, at 2:00 p.m. at the Church of the Holy Apostles, 3900 Longvue Ave, Fort Worth, 76126.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Church of the Holy Apostles.
