Patricia "Patty" Gay Holster

She fought a courageous battle with cancer and is now completely whole and well. Patty was many things to many people, and she will be forever loved and cherished by those she left behind. She recently retired after a long career in nursing were she made a difference in the lives of many.

Patty is survived by her companion, Doug Blackmon; mother, Pat O'Connell; sisters, Kathy Baker and Debbie Callaway and her husband, Bob; son, Shane Holster and his wife, Tiffany; grandson, Chase; and granddaughters, Harley and Natalie; daughter, Jamie Moyer and her husband, Brent; grandchildren, Bryan, Kelsey, Blaksley, and Mason; nephew, Paul; nieces, Jennifer and Kara; great nephew, Matt; great niece, Lexi; along with, numerous extended family members.

A visitation for Patty will be held Sunday, August 11, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Shannon Rufe Snow Drive Funeral Chapel, 6001 Rufe Snow Drive, Fort Worth, Texas. A graveside service will occur Monday, August 12, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, Texas.
