Patsy Sue Tarpenning

Patsy was born June 15, 1935 to Ollie and Pearl Starnes in Fort Worth, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Gene Tarpenning.

Patsy is survived by daughters, Kipie Grabow (Bill) and Shawn Cardona (John); grandchildren, William Grabow (Rhonda), Tracy Turner (Mark), Melissa DeFate (Daniel), Tamela Adams, and Amanda Hanson (Anthony); 13 great grandchildren; as well as, numerous others she loved as her own.
