He was born in Nashville, Tenn., on April 11, 1938. He retired from Lockheed Martin.
Survivors: Son, Lance Gleaves; grandchildren, Chelsey and Koby Gleaves; sisters, Peggy Norvelle and Ruth Leeth (Tom); numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends and neighbors.
