Paul was born Nov. 17, 1928, in Charlotte, N.C. He spent his teen years in Atlanta, Ga., where he later attended Emory University. He married Eveline Miller on Oct. 19, 1954. After serving several churches in the U.S. and attending seminary in Louisville, Ky., Eveline and Paul served as career missionaries at Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary in Ogbomosho, Nigeria, from 1964 to 1993. Eveline and Paul retired to Fort Worth, where they served faithfully at Wedgwood Baptist Church and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Miller was a dedicated educator, administrator and historian.
Survivors: Daughter, Cathy Boldt; son, Phil Miller; son, Steve Miller; daughter, Karol Hawkins; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
