Pete Garcia Sr, a machine operator in Fort Worth, Texas, passed away at home peacefully on Thursday, February 15, 2018. Visitation and Rosary: 5:00 pm-8:00 pm on Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2018. Service: 12:00 pm Wednesday at Laurel Land Funeral Home. Pete was born in West, TX and lived in Fort Worth, Texas. His hobbies included fishing, watching baseball, singing and dancing. He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Guadalupe O. Garcia, and his two daughters, Betty Chavez, and Anna Marie Mendoza. He is survived by his son, Pete Garcia, Jr., and wife Cynthia Garcia, sixteen grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and five sisters: Inez Banda, Julie Cruz, Mary Garcia, Josie Webster, and Dora Hinojosa.
