Porter Neal Dow

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Porter Neal Dow, who left us on June 5, 2026 at the age of 91. He was a beloved Husband, Father, and Grandfather, and his presence will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Born on February 11, 1935 in Fairview, Oklahoma, Porter Dow was the child of Enos and Georgia Dow. Throughout his life, Porter Dow was known for working on his rental property, working on classic cars, traveling, watching sports, and spending time with his family.

Porter Dow is survived with deep sorrow by Alresa Dow, wife, and four children: Debbie Hayes of Fort Worth, TX, Neal Dow of Edmond, OK, Greg Dow of Fort Worth, TX, and Mary Alvarado of Mansfield, TX. He is survived by eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, and many more family and friends.

Porter Dow was preceded in death by his parents, Enos and Georgia Dow of Fairview, OK, and four siblings: Mary Gosney, Georgetta Levings, Worden Dow, and Vance Dow.

The family invites relative and friends to a celebration of Porter Neal Dow's life on Friday June 12, 2026 at 10:00 am, to be held at the Chapel of Chimes located on 7100 Crowley Road, Fort Worth, TX 76134. The family deeply appreciates the outpouring of love, prayers, and support during this difficult time. Porter Neal Dow's legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
