Quentus Agustus Hudson, formally known as “Gus” was a caring, kind and loving brother, uncle, cousin and friend. Born in Tyler, Texas on March 21, 1962 to Velvie D. Hudson and Hawaiian Hudson Sr.
Though his life endured trials, Gus was a hard worker. And when anyone crossed paths with him, all they could say was how calm and respectful he was. Gus was very talented during his time. From being an artist, carpenter, boxer, football player and even enjoyed singing a tune or two.
Gus is survived by his father, Hawaiian Hudson Sr and siblings: Hawaiian (Ronnie) Hudson Jr, Tony D. Hudson, Valorie M. Hudson, Debra R. Hudson, and Dyxter L. Hudson. In addition to his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces, whom all loved him deeply.
Let his life and remembrance not be in vain. Remember to forgive, love another and always extend a helping hand to those in need. For we all have a story, and in due time it will be our moment.
