Rachel passed away on January 17th, 2019. She never met a stranger and joyfully danced like no one was watching. She enjoyed singing, meeting new people and spending time with family.
Rachel was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Melba Hartley. She is survived by her sister, Rebecca Kelly (John), brother Charlie Hartley (Kristie), nephew Austin, and nieces Julia, Zoe and Abby.
