A Memorial Gathering will be held at Laurel Land – Rose Hill Funeral Home, 7301 East Lancaster Ave, Fort Worth, Texas 76112, on Monday, April 13, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Celebration of Life at 11:00 am, with the Pastor Chad Flowers of Emmanuel Pentecostal, officiating.
Richard Kelly Draper was born Des Moines, Iowa to Richard & Wilda (Carney) Draper on April 8, 1957. He went to school at both Des Moines and Fort Worth. He married Lindy Draper on February 13, 1993 in Fort Worth.
He graduated from Eastern Hills High School. He worked as a Master Electrician for UT Arlington for 25 years. He also owned & operated KD Electric since the early nineties.
Kelly is preceded in death by his wife Lindy Draper, his parents Richard and Wilda Draper.
The family of Kelly wishes to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who made an effort to be there for him & us when it counted. Memorials may be given to Rick Draper.
