Robert was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, one granddaughter, one great-granddaughter and one great-grandson.

Survivors: Daughters, Dorcas and husband, Hollis Michlitsch, of Richland Hills, Ronda and husband, Michael Nickens, of Haltom City; son, Russell and wife, Rhonda Hanson, of Paradise; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Doris, Sandy and Susie; brother, Henry; and numerous nieces and nephews.
