FORT WORTH -- Robert L. Hogue, 63, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at his home in Roanoke.
Service: 1 p.m. Monday in Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park. Visitation: The family will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Robert was born in Louisville, Ky., to Harrison and Mary Lucille Hogue. He lived for the love of his family. Robert had a passion for his craft of woodworking.
Survivors: His loving wife and soul mate, Shirley; three daughters, Robin Casarez and husband, David, Toni Nelson and husband, Mark, and Bobbi Brown and husband, Thomas; grandchildren, Amber and Kayla Norris, Sydney Hogue, Trevor and Jessi Greer, Wesley and Kevin Brown, and Hailey and Robert Nelson; great-grandchild, Sadie Rose Brown and soon-to-be Baby Taylor; and sister, Charlotte Hicks.
