A celebration of the life of Robert Lee Hubbard, IV will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel. Officiating will be Dr. Bill Boyd. Robert passed away at home Saturday, June 3.
Robert was born, May 6, 1958 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Robert proudly served in the Air Force as a Tech Sargent following a long family tradition of military service. Growing up, he lived in Louisiana, Oklahoma, Alaska, the Philippines and Texas. He graduated from Western Hill High School and attended the University of North Texas. He retired from TXU/Oncor after 33 years of service.
Left to cherish beautiful memories of his humor, kindness, love of family and sense of adventure are his wife, Susan Haney Hubbard, son, Robert Scott Hubbard, daughter Ashley Hubbard Williams , son-in-law, Paul Williams, sister and brother-in-law, Michael and Stella Neu , their children and their spouses Phil and Kari Ward and David and Aimee Neu, and great-nephew and nieces Dylan, Maryn and Allie.
He was much loved and will be missed so much. Please remember the family in your thoughts and prayers.
