Bob was a caring, loving and trusting friend. My husband ,Phil Rugg and Bob met through High School, After that they were best buddies. Bob became a regular at the dinner table. Bob will be truly missed at our get- together with friends and family. Rest in Peace, Brother Bob!

I remember Bob growing up, spending time at my childhood home playing with my younger brother Danny. When my mom came home with a load of groceries, Bob was always there to help carry them in for her! Bob was a great friend to my family throughout the years. He was buddy to my father and a brother to my brother Danny and Sandra and an Uncle to their two children. He was giving and kind. He was always there when you needed him no matter what. He will be missed by so many especially my brother. He was taken to soon but he will never be forgotten. A new Angel in heaven. Rest In Peace Bob!

Bob was always such a kind, soft-hearted soul throughout high school. Always a warm smile and always a kind word about everyone! While graduation and life seems to have taken us all in so many different directions, Bob left an indullable mark on this earth and on many hearts. Once a Rebel, always a Rebel! Rest in peace, my friend!

RIP my friend.
We had some great times. I wish we could have had some more. I will always remember running around in your van back in high school . The other times just hanging out.

Richard & I were so shocked and saddened to hear about Bob. I remember when he was born. I would have been 6 and he was the first baby I can remember being around. He was not just my cousin - he was my friend and we will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
